- WIPO or Ukraine Trademark with exact name as domain name is required for both companies and individuals. To register a .ua domain on second level, you have to have an identical trademark. For example: with the trademark “cooldrink” it is possible to register cooldrink.ua but not cooldrink-online.ua.

There are three documents which can be accepted by the .ua registry:

- WIPO trademark with designation to Ukraine – Ukrainian trademark – license agreement between trademark holder and licensee.
